When you engage Dirtycoding to develop software, AI systems, or automation workflows, the specific terms of that engagement — including scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables — will be set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties. In the event of conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW prevails.
We reserve the right to decline any project engagement at our sole discretion, including projects that conflict with our ethical principles or fall outside our areas of expertise.

Client deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees under a project engagement, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables (code, models, agents) developed specifically for you transfer to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary methodologies used to build those deliverables.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of an engagement, including business plans, technical specifications, and client data. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of 3 years.
